Our sensors are extremely accurate in measuring exerted forces or material loads for continuous conveyors, forklifts, agriculture wagons, cranes, hoists, winches and equipment buckets. With real time data operators can identify hazards or unsafe situations before they occur resulting in significant improvement in job site safety and productivity.
Our innovative tension sensor is a more accurate, reliable and cost effective alternative to strain gauge tension sensors available in the market today. The tension sensor is ideal for lifting, crane and hoist applications where real-time information and accuracy are required. By simply attaching a tension sensor to the cable or rope system of a hoist, lift or crane we capture tension data that is transmitted via wireless to the Hetronic control system. The sensor together with our radio remote controls provide a complete feedback and process control solution for a wide range of applications.
Applications for integrated sensor and remote control systems include cranes and winches, shaft conveyance systems, conveyors and underground mining operations. The tension sensor is designed to withstand harsh environment working conditions, is portable, can be used for loads up to 50 tons and will operate through a typical work shift.
